Welcome to my blog where fitness meets fashion and make up, meets relatable real life sh*t and all the highs and lows that come with it.
My name is Catt Bradley and I am brand new to this blogging scene but ready to get down to business. I am 26 years old living in the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia, PA. I wanted to start my own blog because I feel that I try so many new things such as products and brands from clothes to make up to even food as I am gluten free and living that healthy life style (well at least trying too). Like I said this blog isn’t a perfect blog, it is a blog that talks about relatable real life sh*t (sorry I can’t find a more honest word than sh*t) and we don’t shy away from the messy, or “un-pretty” realness like most people do on social media because that just would not be right nor fair for the real people like US, going through the thick of real life. I felt compelled to start writing because I have nothing to loose, but only things to gain from being a open book and allowing people to see my heart for what it really is. Writing has honestly been therapeutic for me since I was so young, and my mom would always encourage me to go write on the days I really needed to be heard or to just put all my emotions down on paper so I could better understand the place I was coming from. Get it allll out, CATH! Right now more than ever I need some therapy (writing therapy that is) as I am going through so much change in my life to the point where I feel the need to share my stories of growth as well as hardships but how I still manage to keep the faith and stay positive. I strongly believe in speaking things into existence, and to God about our dreams and goals so this blog will always have a positive spin because regardless if we have bad days, we always need to try and look to the sun and remember tomorrow is a new day & that GOD IS SO GOOD.
Please feel free to comment or contact me if you ever need someone to talk too or have any questions about a topic I post about. Thank you for coming along on this journey and taking the time to read my blog!
